Rancho Mexicano
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz El Mexicano Blanco
- 1.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime
- 3.0 oz Soda
- Garnish: Tajin
Optional
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
DIRECTIONS
Dash of tajin – the addition of tajin helps express some of the naturally peppery qualities of the Blanco, while also highlighting the flavors of cooked agave.
Add all to Tajin rimmed highball glass, top with soda, and serve with fresh grapefruit wedge


Sonoran Water
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz El Mexicano Blanco
- 1 oz Fresh Melon Juice (or muddle a 1.5″ chunk into shaker tin)
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime
- 3 oz Soda
- Garnish: Fresh Mint
DIRECTIONS
Add all parts to highball glass and garnish with fresh mint (Optional to add melon and mint to shaker and gently muddle. Add all except soda and shake gently. Pour over rocks in highball glass and top with soda.)
Paloma Spritz
INGREDIENTS
- 0.75 oz El Mexicano Blanco 90
- 1 oz Blood Orange Juice (or regular orange)
- 1 oz Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit
- 4 oz Lucien Rose
- Garnish: Fresh Grapefruit
DIRECTIONS
Add all to ice filled wine glass, serve with fresh grapefruit


Yucatan Sunset
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz El Mexicano Reposado
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 chunk of fresh pineapple
- 0.5 oz butterfly peaflower syrup
- 0.5 oz orange liqueur
- 1 deseeded jalapeño garnish: jalapeño, lime wedge & fresh mint
- Glassware: lowball
DIRECTIONS
Muddle a 1″ chunk of fresh pineapple and a sliver of deseeded jalapeño in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients, shake gently, and double strain into an ice filled lowball glass.
Es Sucio (It’s Dirty)
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz El Mexicano Reposado
- 0.75 oz Fresh Espresso (chilled)
- 0.5 Evil Bean Coffee Liqueur
- 0.5 Spiced Chai Syrup
- Garnish: 3 coffee beans
DIRECTIONS
Shaken, served in a martini glass. Garnished with three coffee beans (health, wealth and happiness!)


Chai Sour
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz El Mexicano Blanco 90
- 1 Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Spiced Chai Syrup
- 0.5 oz Dry Orange Curaçao
- 1 Egg White
- Garnish: Fresh Lemon Twist
DIRECTIONS
Dry shake (no ice) for thirty seconds, add ice and shake for an additional 10 seconds. Double strain into coupe glass and garnish with fresh lemon twist.
“Oh Mami” (Umami) Margarita
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz El Mexicano Blanco 90
- 1 Fresh Lime
- 0.5 oz Heirloom Tomato Oleo Saccharum
- 0.5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
- Garnish: Rosemary Sprig and Tomato Wedge
DIRECTIONS
Add all to shaker and shake gently. Pour over rocks in lowball glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and Fresh tomato wedge.
For the Tomato Oleo: Add 10 ounces of white sugar and a half gram of salt into container and let sit overnight. Strain into bottle and enjoy!
